If you are completely new to Yoga, wanting to gain more confidence in your practice, or perhaps you have been out of practice for a while and want to revisit the basics our Yoga for Beginners is for you! It will introduce all the key elements of a Yoga practice including fundamental Yoga poses and sequences, breathing exercises, linking breath to movement, and basic Yoga philosophy. We build confidence, body awareness, and create a smooth transition into our drop in classes. Demonstrated and explained thoroughly including modifications and time for you to discover the variations that work best for your body! 7 weeks, 60 minute classes, mat rental included.

Fridays - January 9-February 20, 2026 - 10-11am
Join Jess (certified Postnatal Yoga teacher) for this 7 week program for Moms and pre-crawling babies. This is not a class where baby just tags along! Both mom AND baby practice. Postnatal specific practice for mom's to keep them safe, get them moving, and rebuild strength. Baby specific practice to promote development, help with digestion and better sleep. And of course some fun and bonding time with a practice together in a safe and nurturing environment. Come on out, get active, and meet other new mom's in the community. *Note - There is no age limitations for pre-crawling babies, but Mom should have had her 6 week postpartum check up and be cleared by her healthcare provider for yoga/light exercise. Join Creekside Yoga for 7 classes/weeks flowing through the Ashtanga Primary Series. A 80 minute class consisting of a set sequence of powerful yoga postures followed by the sweetest savasana. If you want to build strength and flexibility this sequence is for you. Class is recommended for those familiar with Yoga asana (Vinyasa/Power) and/or the Ashtanga Primary Series.

Saturday February 14, 2026 - 4-5pm
A wonderful way to connect with your partner through mindful movements, breath work, and laughter. A fun practice led by both Jess and Nate. No yoga experience necessary. Note this is partner yoga, not AcroYoga.
