Join Jess (certified Post Natal Yoga teacher) for this 6 week program for Moms and pre-crawling babies. This is not a class where baby just tags along! Both mom AND baby practice. Postnatal specific practice for mom's to keep them safe, get them moving, and rebuild strength. Baby specific practice to promote development, help with digestion and better sleep. And of course some fun and bonding time with a practice together in a safe and nurturing environment. Come on out, get active, and meet other new mom's in the community. *Note - There is no age limitations for pre-crawling babies, but Mom should have had her 6 week postpartum check up and be cleared by her healthcare provider for yoga/light exercise Mat rental included. Join Creekside Yoga for 5 classes/weeks flowing through the Ashtanga Primary Series. A 75 minute class consisting of a set sequence of powerful yoga postures followed by the sweetest savasana. Great things are growing! Join Jess (certified Pre-Natal Yoga teacher) for a 6-week Prenatal Yoga program that is adapted to the body’s development. Through yoga breath and posturing we will help prepare the body and mind for the physical and mental demands of childbirth. Mat rental included.

Blended training class utilizing mobilization exercises, resistance bands, dynamic movements, and more. A session to get you moving and improving your range of motion, core strength, muscle activation and stabilization especially in those harder to reach areas. Some familiarities to your Yoga practice with lots of fun new techniques we use ourselves! Recommended for everyone.
Yoga For Beginners Slow Flow - Tuesdays 6-7pm
Very similar to our Slow Flow drop in class, but lots of explanation and guidance, and moves EXTRA slow! The perfect introduction to a yoga practice. For a limited time only on your drop in pass!
