This 6 week session is perfect as we will build on your existing knowledge and delve deeper. Variations on postures, flowing movements together, reinforcing alignment and stabilization.

Join Jess (certified Post Natal Yoga teacher) for this 8 week program for Moms and pre-crawling babies. This is not a class where baby just gets to tag along! Both mom AND baby practice. Postnatal specific practice for mom's to keep them safe, get them moving, and rebuild strength. Baby specific practice to promote development, help with digestion and better sleep. And of course some fun and bonding time with a practice together in a safe and nurturing environment. Come on out, get active, and meet other new mom's in the community. Mat rental included.
If you are completely new to Yoga, wanting to gain more confidence in your practice, or perhaps you have been out of practice for a while and want to revisit the basics our Yoga for Beginners is for you! These classes will introduce all the key elements of a Yoga practice including fundamental Yoga poses and sequences, breathing exercises, linking breath to movement, and basic Yoga philosophy. We build confidence, body awareness, and create a smooth transition into our drop in classes. Demonstrated and explained thoroughly including modifications and time for you to discover the variations that work best for your body! Nate leads the class as Jess moves throughout the room to provide hands on adjustments helping find better alignment, increased stabilization and deeper relaxation. 3 weeks, 60 minute classes, mat rental included.
