Something for everyone. Our beginner friendly class where we move slowly, giving you time to build body awareness and proper alignment in postures. Great if you are looking for a deeper stretch, stabilization of joints, better balance, and a chance to slow things down. Recommended for everyone.
Our most meditative class where the focus is on deep belly breathing and staying in the present moment. From seated or lying down, we hold each postures for 3 minutes. Restorative postures to rest/heal, balance, and restore the body and mind. Yin postures to target connective tissues helping to maintain and add dexterity. Recommended for everyone.
Vinyasa is the union of breath and movement, connection of one pose to the next. Get your heart rate up with full sun salutations, while seamlessly connecting strength and stretch based movements. Recommended for beginner and intermediate.
Sore backs and hips? Tight hamstrings? Stiff shoulders? You need Broga. A combination practice targeting men's tightness and (in)flexibility. Nate draws from his own experience to help increase mobility and decrease imbalance in mens bodies. Recommended for beginner and intermediate.
