Mobility & Movement

Blended training class utilizing mobilization exercises, resistance bands, dynamic movements, and more. A session to get you moving and improving your range of motion, core strength, muscle activation and stabilization, especially in those harder to reach areas. Some familiarities to your Yoga practice with lots of fun new techniques we  use ourselves! Recommended for everyone.

Slow Flow

For beginners to experts, come & slow it down. A class where we move slowly, giving you time to build body awareness and proper alignment in postures. Great if you are looking for a deeper stretch, stabilization of joints, better balance, and a chance to slow things down. Recommended for everyone.

Restorative/Yin Fusion

Our most meditative class where the focus is on deep belly breathing and staying in the present moment. From seated or lying down, we hold each postures for 3 minutes. Restorative postures to rest/heal, balance, and restore the body and mind. Yin postures to target connective tissues helping to maintain and add dexterity. Recommended for everyone.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa is the union of breath and movement, connection of one pose to the next. Get your heart rate up with full sun salutations, while seamlessly connecting strength and stretch based movements. Recommended for beginner and intermediate.

Broga, Yoga for Men

Sore backs and hips? Tight hamstrings? Stiff shoulders? You need Broga. A combination practice targeting men's tightness and (in)flexibility. Nate draws from his own experience to help increase mobility and decrease imbalance in mens bodies. Recommended for beginner and intermediate.

Postnatal / Mom & Baby Yoga

Postnatal specific practice for mom's to keep them safe, get them moving, and rebuild strength. Baby specific practice to promote development, help with digestion and better sleep. And of course some baby giggles and bonding time with a practice together in a safe and nurturing environment.
